9 Sep 2026
Narae Lee, Managing Partner of BLISS Law Office, will teach “Special Topics in Commercial Law: Startups and Venture Capital Investment” at the Graduate School of Law, Seoul National University during the fall semester of 2026. Drawing on her academic research and practical experience in corporate law and venture capital, Lee will engage students in in-depth discussions of relevant legal issues.
The course will be conducted in a seminar format, with students presenting and discussing key legal issues. Lee will provide research guidance to help students identify and develop new research topics concerning the legal and regulatory frameworks governing startups and venture capital investment.
“Startups and venture capital constitute a dynamic field in which new transaction structures and legal issues continually emerge,” Lee said. “I hope to help students develop a balanced understanding of both theory and practice and independently pursue their own research.”
